The Financial Adviser Service Awards have, over the past 31 years, established themselves as the benchmark for provider service levels in our industry. Thousands of intermediaries provide their feedback each year and we'd like to canvass your opinion once again.
2020 was an extraordinary year, for many reasons - not least Covid-19 and Brexit. But the 2021 Financial Adviser Service Awards not only need to reflect the changes that have taken place but also how companies are positioned for the future.
Last year, we celebrated our 30th year by adding new categories that reflect the increased sophistication of the financial services industry, and the ever-growing range of providers that advisers rely on.
This year, as we start to rebuild following the global pandemic, we must ask how service provision has developed over the past 18 months. Have our expectations changed? Who has really gone over and above during the past 12 months to deliver the best possible service to you and to your clients?
So for 2021 we have introduced a 'Readers' Choice Award'. This is your chance to tell us who deserves the service accolade and, importantly, why.
This questionnaire will take 8 to 10 minutes to complete and gives you the opportunity to tell us which providers have given you quality service throughout the past year - and which ones haven't. Please read the instructions and definitions before filling in the questionnaire and remember to only rate those companies you have done business with in the past 12 months.
We can only accept completed questionnaires from FCA-authorised intermediaries and mortgage advisers who have completed and submitted the survey themselves. All other entries will be disqualified. The information you give will be reported anonymously in an aggregated format and you will not be identified personally.
NOTES ABOUT FILLING IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE
1. Identify the companies with whom you have dealt with during the past 12 months.
2. Work through the criteria and give each company (identified in the table) a rating from 1 to 10 (where 1 is the lowest, 10 is the highest) to indicate the quality of service they have provided.
3. Rate all the boxes that apply.
4. Refer to the definitions to give you more detail about the attributes.
